Do you love to cook, but want to refine ability to finish flavors in all of your recipes? Join Chef Ernie in a round table discussion about secret flavor bombs and techniques to make your cooking better. Bring your questions and let's talk all things food! Learn about Umami and how it can be used in your kitchen. Plus, sharpening flavors is easier than you think. See various fermented goodies that we make at the Food Lab and implement on the weekly changing menu at Suis Generis. Learn why fermented foods pack a pro-biotic punch. This Experience includes a chef curated 8 course tasting meu. A farm tour is also included in the event, with tiki beverages available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. Please let us know if you have any food allergies 7 days before the event. We can usually accommodate pescatarian/vegetarian requests. Thanks four your support!!!!

Cancellation Policy
In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
