Service Description
A night of Peruvian sounds and flavors. DJ Suzy Q is an expert on Peruvian music and culture. Chef Ernie focuses on unusual flavors, medicinal foods & curated tasting menus. This Food Experience includes a 6 course menu drawing inspiration from the food-medicinal history of indigenous Peruvian cultures. After a tour of the SG Tiki Farm, settle in for the exotic sounds and flavors of Peru, and your 6 course meal overlooking the beautiful bayou, featuring items from the farm, and fabulous pro-biotic fermented goodies. Tiki beverages also available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. We can accommodate food allergies and vegan/pescatarian preferences if you let us know more than 7 days before the event. Thanks four your support!!!!
Cancellation Policy
In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
