Service Description

Your Food Experience includes a farm tour to see how the Tiki Farm and Food Lab integrate with the ever changing Suis Generis menu and how we implement Zero Waste Cooking! One of our primary objectives in our food research trials is to eliminate waste through fermentation and composting. Kimchee is one of the most versatile and delicious methods to preserve and transform ingredients. Plus, the flavors and ingredients that can be used to make kimchee is almost unlimited. See what we have learned and how to make an array of kimchee at home! Then settle in for a 6 course omakase-style tasting menu featuring some of our house made kimchee and koji-based fermented and pro-biotic rich goodies! Tiki beverages are available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. Please let us know of any food allergies 7 days before the event. Cancellation Policy

In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
