Service Description
We grow sugar cane and make molasses each fall. We grow grapes and make wine & vinegar, which we use for cooking the weekly changing menu at Suis Generis. Learn how easy it is to grow sugar cane, make molasses, and delicious pro-biotic rich fermented beverages. Then join us for a chef curated 6 course tasting menu featuring some of our delicious molasses and fermented goodies. A farm tour is also included in the event, with tiki beverages available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. We can accommodate food allergies and vegan/pescatarian requests if you let us know more than 7 days before the event. Thanks four your support!!!!

Cancellation Policy
In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
