Service Description

Making fish sauce is not scary (or stinky!) if you know a few techniques. Learn how to make traditional fish sauces (also called garums) and how to use Koji to further deepen the umami flavors and assure success for your ferments. Then join us for a chef curated 8 course tasting menu featuring some of our delicious fish sauces and garums. A farm tour is also included in the event, with tiki beverages available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event.
