Service Description
Join us in our quest for umami and learn various ways of brining umami to your cooking through fermentation. We will discuss how to use Koji, amino ferments, marinades, and ingredients with excellent umami producing potential. Your Food Experience will include a farm tour and 6 course chef curated dinner. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. We can accommodate food allergies and vegan/pescatarian requests if you let us know more than 7 days before the event. Cancellation Policy
In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
