Service Description
This Food Experience includes a farm tour, 6 course dinner, and interesting information about the culture of eating bugs around the world. There are many ways to use what we traditionally think of as nuisance species to make delicious dishes. It takes about 1.5 acres of pasture to support one cow. Do you know how much space is needed to support edible bugs? Plus, they are tastier than you think. Learn how to cook with bugs and make your fire ants nervous in the process! This Experience includes a special bug-forward farm tour so you can see how we manage insects and incorporate ingredients from the farm into the weekly changing menu at Suis Generis. Tiki beverages available for extra purchase. We can usually accommodate allergies and vegetarian/pescatarian requests if you let us know 7 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. Thanks for your support!

Cancellation Policy
In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
