Service Description
You don't need to go to the South Pacific to experience a fabulous Luau. We have traveled to multiple South Pacific island nations to learn techniques we will share with you! Plus, we have several types of amazing Kava that we hand carried back from our travels - this is the REAL stuff and not the processed style of kava found in stores. This food experience includes an 8 course chef curated tasting menu bursting with South Pacific flavors. A farm tour is also included in the event, with tiki beverages available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. Cancellation Policy
In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
