Service Description
Your Food Experience includes a farm tour to see how the Tiki Farm and Food Lab integrate with the ever changing Suis Generis menu. After you learn how to make various types of cheeses using koji, including dairy cheeses and vegan cheeses - settle in for a 6 course chef curated tasting menu featuring some of our house made koji-based cheeses! A farm tour is also included in the event, with tiki beverages available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event.
