Chef David and Chef Ernie have traveled extensively across the globe to learn and explore barbeque techniques that you can use in your own back yard. Learn the details, hear the stories, and dine on an amazing 8 course tasting menu with samples of the foods and techniques discussed. South American flavors jump off the grill. South Pacific techniques make your food juicy and delicious. Koji is the building block of miso, sake and soy sauce. However, it is also an amazing flavor promoter for curing and barbecuing. In this Food Experience, learn how to make hot sauces, marinades and brines to break down long proteins chains into shorter more tender strands - and to pump flavor into meats and vegetables. A farm tour is also included in the event, with tiki beverages available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event.
